The Breville BJE820XL juicer has a 3 “feed tube, no matter what else is posted. If someone says a 1 / 2″ in the difference in what is placed makes a difference, it is not. The main feature of this juicer is the extra wattage rating of the engine to churn out juice (pineapple is entered into the gutter with the skin), plus the ability to make smoothies.
If you set up a routine to make the juice and clean the juicer, while you enjoy your juice in the morning …… it is a great thing to fresh, unprocessed juice and feel good about what you intake and taking care of yourself. Line the box with a cheap pulp, twist tie, a gallon bag and scrape the pulp into the bag, the bells and whistles to place it in the bag, remove the bag from the bucket, turn tie and place it in the trash. Simple. My favorite smoothie is a banana, two kiwis, blueberries, and the addition of yogurt. The yogurt is poured into the feed tube as it saves me the time of mixing in the mix.
